At Food Vidya (by Adwait Farms), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging.
• Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed items.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
